Use TMimeDec to decode the message. A demo program is available in
directory ICS-Root/Delphi/Internet.

A file attachment can be identified if it has either the filename or
the name property or both assigned in its part header:

Content-Type: application/x-zip-compressed;
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
