[twsocket] ICS V6. and W98/W95

Hi there,
Using V6 solved to me W2003 problems.. but now applications using twsocket and 
twsocketserver seem not to run any more in W95/W98.
Are there precautions to take ?
Properties not to use ?
Any other suggestion ?
