ICS-V6 has a bandwidth limitation feature. Using it, you can limit the 
component speed. Without limitation speed, the component work as fast as 
possible and this may take a lot of resources if your netwrok and server are 
very fast.

You can also put your download into a separate thread and assign it a 
priority below normal.
