Hello:
HttpCli (any any other HTTP client) can provide
the transport for SOAP transactions. However,
parsing the requests and performing actions based on
SOAP transaction state is up to your application: The
HttpCli will only send and receive the SOAP messages
without making any sense of it.
This is an important distinction: HttpCli will
not offer any SOAP protocol facilities, just the
underlying HTTP transport of the messages.
