Sorry I missed two files. Also remove files "OverbyteIcsEmulVT.pas and 
OverbyteIcsEmulVT.dcr" from the run-time package. 
If the .dcr files cannot be removed it should not hurt, that seems a 
bug in never Delphi versions.
