customer reports that ping towards concerned server is OK but an error
message "Service is unavailable" appears.
Strange. I don't know what it means.
What else doesn't work with that host ?
Thanks for any idea.
Answer that question: But what is the exact error message ?

This is related to name resolution.
But what is the exact error message ?
What happend when your customer ping the server name ?
Doesn't matter if the server doesn't reply to the ping
command, what is
important here is that ping is able or not to resolve the hostname.
