Why do you need that? There are some good professional and free
DNS servers available, for instance, Bind (for Windows).
If this question has to do with IPv6 testing in the LAN then you do not
need a DNS server for that, since Vista the OS resolves host names also
with a new Microsoft UDP-based protocol, forgot it's name.
