You are trying to install ICS v7 to Delphi XE2? I'm afraid you've in
that case opened the wrong package file. Open up
"DXe2Install.groupproj" from the Install folder. Once there, compile
the "OverbyteIcsDXe2Run.bpl", and then install the
"OverbyteIcsDXe2Design.bpl". You will see these on the right under the
Package Group "DXe2Install"
Be sure you have the latest download available!
