Does anyone know why I get a 403 when requesting https://www.ilac.org with ICS/HttpCli? I can open it fine in browsers. I am wondering if it could have something to do with SSL. Where can I get the latest libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll binaries that work with ICS?
