That was the first year cost as well, 18 months ago when I bought it, the invoice says it's a resellers certificate. Just click through the order process, you can always cancel before paying. It takes a few days to process, so be patient. Only warning is I did not see a renewal warning email from Symantec so spent a week investigating frustrating Microsoft code signing errors before realising the certificate had expired.
