Hi all,

The subject says it all. I've removed (r94) the id="toc" from the toc
DIV, when using --css-sugar in HTML target.

    <DIV CLASS="toc" ID="toc">

    <DIV CLASS="toc">

This was needed because the big difference from a CLASS to an ID, is
that an ID is unique and a CLASS may appear more than once in a page.

In txt2tags you can place as many %%TOC macros as you need (for
example at the top and bottom of the page), so it should be a CLASS
not an ID.

It is important that you check your PostProc filters and CSS files to
rely only in CLASS not ID.

In CSS for example, always use div.toc and not div#toc to refer to the page TOC.
