Shalom everyone.

In this Newsletter, you will notice we have changed the name of our regularly scheduled monthly get-together from "Happy Hour" to "Schmooze and Food", in an attempt to emphasize the schmoozing and social aspect of the event, rather than the perceived alcohol aspect, as most people do not drink alcohol.  We hope this will entice more people to attend these events.
In this installment of the TYJP Newsletter, please find details for the following events:
Thursday, June 21, 2007:  Schmooze and Food (Teri)
Also, mark your calendars for these events; more information will follow in subsequent Emails
Wednesday, July 4, 2007:  July 4th Festivities (Mike)
    Thursday, July 19, 2007:  Happy Hour (Solomon/Sara)
Thursday, August 9, 2007:  Planning Meeting (Mike)  (New Event)
Thursday, August 16, 2007:  Happy Hour (Marjorie)
Sunday, August 26, 2007:  Annual "Wet-n-Wild" Trip (Mike)  (New Event)
There are other events currently being planned, and will be added to the above list once the dates have been finalized.  If you wish to host an event, or have an idea for an event, please contact Michael C. ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
We would like remind everyone that our "Schmooze and Food" (formerly known as Happy Hours) are held on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise specified.
If you are new to TYJP, please contact the host of the event or send a note to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (tyjp at, so we can look out for you.  We would like to ensure your first event is a pleasant and warm experience.
