Of note, the below option is very costly so not an obvious solution. This can 
be done only on the assumption that the remote presenters pay the same fee as 
the in person attendees. :-)

Otherwise the coordination and planning costs will simply not add up. Any 
suggestions on this matter are welcome. 😊 Hybrid is very hard to do well - we 
tried!

It seems very reasonable at least to allow online participations and
presentations again, even for additional reasons such as inclusion and
global warming as well.
