Sounds like it takes more than 60 seconds to process the http get.
In the #{RAILS_ROOT}/vendor/flickr/flickr.rb:81:in `http_get' you will need
to increase the timeout
url = URI.parse(urlStr)
http = Net::HTTP.new(url.host, url.port)
http.read_timeout=time_out
etc, etc
