That URL is an RSD document which describes the endpoints, and it's what all blog engines use. I don't know why Flickr can't detect it.

Well, I was trying to do that, but the setup for "Blog It" requires XML-RPC or Atom endpoints, neither of which are advertised in the Typo page headers. So I figured I'd ask here to see if those endpoints were available, or if they weren't supported.
