Here's the scenario. A client decides to change around the navigation on their site. Rename pages, move sub-pages to other folders - rework the site basically.
http://www.foo.com/news/topstories.html becomes http://www.foo.com/latestnews/stories.html Anyone with a link to the first url or book mark to the first url would now get a typo3 error complaining it can't find the postget vars. Is there a work around for this that someone can suggest? Or is it sort of just tough luck for the client? Second question that's related. I need to change some top level navigation page titles: http://www.foo.com/toplevel/ to http://www/foo.com/newtoplevel/ I found an extension on the repository: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/bvd_set_page_title/current/ that will use the sub title as the page title. The extension is 6 years old. Is there a better one out there? Other ways of going about this? thanks in advance, doug -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Doug La Farge GCN Publishing, Inc. 203.665.6211 x209 928.699.0663 (cell) Internet Software & Services For Today's Media Companies www.gcnpublishing.com * www.bg2go.com _______________________________________________ TYPO3-english mailing list [email protected] http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-english
