It's not necessary to install all available sysexts! If you don't use
versioning, FE editing, old static templates, etc. it's better to not
install them. It will use less resources when they are not installed.

I usually do these in the Install Tool
1. delete the .temp files in typo3conf
> 2. delete the files and folders inside typo3temp folder
Install Tool: Edit files in typo3conf/ > Delete temp_CACHED* files
Install Tool: clean up
- Number of files at a time: "1000"
- From sub-directory: repeat for all directories, except llxml
