But let's not get sidetracked, everybody is allowed > their personal rant :) Funny, I never had those problems ... but I always went the suggested ways and did not use a functionality which is not used by most devs and which can easily be replaced by a TMENU + some JS. TYPO3 is a real community system and as such nobody gets payed for getting a bug fixed. This leads to the (real) problem that devs mostly work on things they are concerned with. Most devs put little priority on bugs which do not effect them and can be worked around easily. That is just the way it is. If you really need this fixed, consider paying a dev for the fix ... or wait until someone picks it in his/her free time.
