Ok I find the solution at last.Thanks for your help.I add - $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['hidePagesIfNotTranslatedByDefault'] = ’1′; -command in my localconf.php and now nontranslated pages are hiding.

All the information about translations, hide pages/content or show content in default language, language switches can be found in http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/FrontendLocalizationGuide/ It's a bit old, but all the options are still there. Read it from the beginning to learn how to setup languages and configuration correctly.
