Still not able to get in the installtool. I now have plesk access to the site. 
Tried all kind of things had a look at many files bute can not find out why 
this is not working. I even deleted again the typo3 folder and uploaded an 
other version, 6.2.20 (the original was 6.2.19) no difference. Also had a look 
in the database if there could be some strange things but no. 
So what’s next? Still get the error message. Also I can’t log into the BE 
giving the message that there are no authentication methods available? 

Any idea how to get in? 

Which file is requesting the Template? (Template could not be found at 
“Templates/Action/Common/InstallToolDisabled.html)? Maybe the path in that file 
is wrong? Seems strange to me because all files are newly uploaded and not 
changed by anyone?

Would be nice if someone can point me in the right direction.
