This is "external import" : https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/external_import/
https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/externalimport_tut/ First of all you need to export your data from the Wordpress database in CSV or in XML and next configure external import with TCA (override them in YourExt/Configuration/TCA/Overrides/tx_news_domain_model_news.php).
