Moin,
kurz dazu: wenn beide sowieso quasi identisch sind, kannst Du auch nur
einen VHost mit ServerName und ServerAlias verwenden.
Also
ServerName www.domain1.de
ServerAlias www.domain2.de
DocumentRoot /var/www/blah/web
