Are there actually two or more secret time zones (“Victoria's secret
time zone 1”, “Victoria's secret time zone 2”, etc), or is it just
called “Victoria's secret time zone 2” because the one we already know
about (AEST / AEDT) is “Victoria's well-known time zone 1”?

More to the point, why is a shopping mall on the Eastern seaboard of the
United States observing UTC+10 / UTC+11 instead of UTC-05 / UTC-04?

This warrants further investigation...
