Oh, I am aware.... Did not think it would go this long (was designed in 2004), but I am certain someone will keep using it beyond 2038. Rural telecoms are notoriously frugal... Kernel and system stuff will likely break (yay), most of our custom software uses signed 32bit for time, so might keep ticking for a while.
