Yes, they won't be advanced, but they also won't be turned back, which is
really the more important part.

For a blog post titled "Microsoft has made a decision about addressing the
new time-related change for British Columbia.", it seems fairly light on
decisions. The only thing they have decided is that BC is indeed moving to
UTC-7; they have not decided what to call it, or whether it will show as
daylight saving time.
