While the recent focus of this list has (rightfully) been on Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, I haven't seen anyone ask what will happen in the westernmost region of Nunavut. Similar to NW Ontario, as far as I can tell the time should fall back to UTC-7 in November, while travelling due west into NWT will be UTC-6. This affects all of ~6,500 people, but it would be useful to know what the situation on the ground is going to be in a few weeks.

As an aside, the part of Kivalliq Region west of 102°W seems to be uninhabited (no settlements and nothing visible on satellite view), yet it's included in the UTC-7/-6 DST for a reason I cannot find.
