Booting from NAND flash usually requires some special provisions as code can not
directly be executed from it.
Have a look at nand_spl and its documentation in doc/README.nand-boot-ppc440
describing the process applicable to PowerPC SOCs. As I don't know much about
the S3C2442B I can't give you any concrete advice there, but you will have to
find out from its documentation whether and what its NAND booting provisions
are.
