...but you still can fix the problem by repeating the correct copy
command.

Define  "responsibility".  This  is  a  boot  loader,  and  we  often
sacrifice sphisticated error checking for minimal memory footprint.

It's like driving in a potentially fast car without safety seatbelts
nor airbags...
