Here goes:

Patch for AMCC Sequoia to remove the TLB Guarded attribute for SDRAM,
and add the Guarded attribute for Internal Registers & OCM.

(Sorry if the wrap monster mangles this - I can't seem to convince
Thunderbird to play nice.)
