Kevin,

We tested 8700 in MII mode, it works OK.  
- Recompile u-boot to use MII instead of RMII
- Swap the pins PA10, PA11 to PA23,PA24 for TX(2:3) 

We will be testing that in the kernel(2.6.25) soon, hopefully 
that will work OK too.
