Yeah, it should be. But I suspect it's a AT49BV6416 chip (same as on ATSTK1000), which currently doesn't work with the CFI driver. I happen to know exactly why it doesn't work, so maybe it's time to get it fixed...I don't really want to add another custom flash driver.
