U-Boot 1.1.1 is extremely old (and  basicly  unsupported  because  of
that),  and  the  Cavium  port  of U-Boot to the Octeons is completey
out-of-tree and unknown to us.

Sorry, we can't help you with that. Please push Cavium to  get  their
code included into mainline, and all would benefit from it.
