Following commit "arm: omap3: Enable clocks for peripherals only if they are used" (f33b9bd3984fb11e1d8566a866adc5957b1e1c9d) it is now necessary to enable clocks for GPIO banks explicitly. On cm_t35, GPIO bank 5 is necessary for scf0403 lcd support.
