Apologies, I'd put this on the backburner as it was an RFC. Your patch posted on March 2015 patch creates the file arch/arm/cpu/armv8/Kconfig, which already exists AFAICT since September 2014. Which tree was your patch created against ? In any case, it needs to be rebased on current mailine or ARM tree.
