Hi, If run without arguments, mtest hangs on MPC8536DS. I guess this is because of the following definitions:
#define CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_START 0x00000000 #define CONFIG_SYS_MEMTEST_END 0x7fffffff I was able to successfully run mtest on 0x00100000 - 0x10000000.
