I had to rework the Kconfig locations here slightly (and in follow-up
patches) to have the main select's be under STM32F7 in
arch/arm/mach-stm32/Kconfig as it's not right to introduce a second
'config SUPPORT_SPL\nselect ...' stanza inside of
arch/arm/mach-stm32/stm32f7/Kconfig.
