So, this fails for me: https://travis-ci.org/trini/u-boot/jobs/321879321 There's two possible reasons. One, gcc 7.2.0 is doing a better job of optimizing things down and it still fits in SRAM. Or two, I noticed when test building this at first that CONFIG_SPL_EXT_SUPPORT was both enabled then disabled in the defconfig, and the disable won. Given the commit message about enabling it specifically I also dropped the disable line from the defconfig. Perhaps there's really not room for CONFIG_SPL_EXT_SUPPORT ? -- Tom
