I think there is a bug in netconsole of u-boot: about every 8 seconds it pauses for about another 8 seconds.
Ie. some of the pressed keys on the netconsole host get struck (gets lost), after a while it continues.
Happens with "tools/netconsole" as well with "nc -u -l -p 6666".
