I'm preparing a patch series to support 37XX versions of Beagle and Overo. It includes enhancements to the existing code in arch/arm/cpu/armv7/omap3 to detect and configure the 36/37XX series processors, as well as changes to the board files for Beagle and Overo to support both old and new versions. Perhaps those patches might help you with your 3630 work. I hope to have them submitted to the list by end of week.
