Replying to myself, I'm using sunxi driver for nand spl, had to remove ECC from "nand_read_page" function, after that I was able to proceed to second stage of boot.
Not sure of the cause, maybe the u-boot_SPL ECC algorithm is different of the one on u-boot, which is used to write u-boot on nand as described by board/sunxi/README.md -- Sent from: http://u-boot.10912.n7.nabble.com/
