I will propose in other thread to have a specific CONFIG to compile the the
OP-TEE library
CONFIG_OPTEE => CONFIG_OPTEE_LIB
CONFIG_OPTEE will be kept only to manage the OP-TEE driver compilation
(depending TEE uclass / CONFIG_TEE)
but if you need to have the LIBRARY available in SPL
(to avoid to increase the SPL size of other board)
I think the configuraiton CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE_LIB should be added
then the Makefile becomes
