[PATCH] Makefile: Add missing CONFIG_BOARD_SIZE_LIMIT check for u-boot-spl.kwb

Currently CONFIG_BOARD_SIZE_LIMIT check is ignored for u-boot-spl.kwb
target. Fix it by adding missing $(BOARD_SIZE_CHECK) macro.
