[PATCH 1/1] cmd: CONFIG_CMD_SCSI depends on CONFIG_SCSI

Compiling with CONFIG_CMD_SCSI=y, CONFIG_SCSI results in

    cmd/scsi.c:46: undefined reference to `scsi_scan'
