please don't gather it in the same patch set so I can apply those all

I am sorry for the confusion.
I was away last week, but I will resend all the patches today.
The regulator reference counter patch fixes the issue of usb being
blocked on `usb stop` , but the usb still works . I think you can apply
the USB series by then without any problems.
