I don't think it makes much sense to express NO_WRQ_TIMEOUT_MS in
terms of TFTP_TIMEOUT_MSECS and TFTP_MAX_RETRIES, does it?
I suggest:

We could also make this configurable via Kconfig and even add
an environment variable but that may be going a bit too far.
