OP-TEE secure storage (CFG_RPMB_FS) requires RPMB, but on UFS-only platforms with no eMMC the OP-TEE RPMB supplicant has no way to reach the device's RPMB Well-Known LUN, which UFS exposes through SCSI SECURITY PROTOCOL IN/OUT commands rather than an eMMC-style RPMB partition; this transport provides that missing path so RPMB-backed secure storage works on UFS-based platforms.
