FIT kernel ITS expects Image; README says uImage

Please pick one kernel image type and make ITS + README agree

Two high-confidence build/boot blockers on P3 (Makefile DTB 
registration; SPL_NAND_CADENCE vs Denali). CFG_IO handoff work in P1 
looks correct. Respin P3 (+ doc nits) before merge.
