This adds SPL support for booting U-Boot proper from SPI NAND on Allwinner V3s. The BROM loads SPL from SPI NAND but still reports BOOT_DEVICE_SPI, so the new loader is mutually exclusive with SPL_SPI_SUNXI. The change also avoids treating that boot path as SPI NOR for the environment (prefer FAT when enabled). Build-tested with LicheePi_Zero_defconfig and CONFIG_SPL_SPINAND_SUNXI=y.
