[PATCH 3/4] board: phytec: phycore-imx91-93: use common USB boot fastboot handling

Common i.MX code now handles the USB_BOOT case by prepending fastboot
to the default bootcmd.

Remove the phycore_imx91_93 handling which is now unnecessary.
The common code has the exact same behaviour (only the console message
differs).
