Make SPL add the devicetree of U-Boot proper to the transfer list from
the DDR loader and pass the list on to U-Boot proper in registers.
U-Boot proper then takes its devicetree from the transfer list and
applies the DRAM description overlay to it. As whenever its devicetree
comes from the bloblist, it also sets $fdt_addr to that devicetree.

Also make U-Boot proper require the transfer list. Without it, U-Boot
would use a DRAM size that may be wrong and would not reserve the memory
that the DRAM controller uses. U-Boot proper started as BL33 by the
platform BL2 instead of SPL then needs a BL2 that passes a transfer list
with a devicetree too.
